The ruling party Awami League has started approving the editorial sub-committees. Another 43 sub-committees, including a 42-member health sub-committee, are approved. the remainder of the sub-committees is going to be approved in phases within the week.
Talking to several divisional secretaries of the Awami League and party sources said that the subject-based secretaries of the central committee have already submitted the list of sub-committees to Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader.

He is discussing with Awami League President Sheikh Hasina and delivering the sub-committees to the concerned editors. All subcommittees are going to be announced in phases.
According to party sources, at this point the likelihood of forming a sub-committee on office matters is low. Concerned parties aren’t curious about forming a sub-committee at this point. that’s why the sub-committee on office affairs has not been submitted yet.
The source said the office subcommittee wasn’t submitted after lecture Awami League president Sheikh Hasina. A sub-committee was formed around the posts of Awami League secretary.
Last time the number of members in each of those sub-committees was 100 but at this point, it had been increased to 35 by the central policymakers of Awami League. However, the concerned people couldn’t keep the fixed number.
Those within the Health Subcommittee: Professor Ruhul Haque MPK Chairman and Dr. The sub-committee on health has approved Rokeya Sultana as member secretary with 42 members.
