Multiple responsible sources have confirmed that Surendra Kumar Sinha has been in a tug-of-war with the government since he became the Chief Justice and has been interviewed about the verdict in the constitutional amendment case and his resignation.

Sources say that Al Jazeera has started various campaigns and propaganda against the government. And as part of that propaganda, Surendra Kumar Sinha has been interviewed. In the interview, former Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha was repeatedly asked about the circumstances under which he had to leave the Chief Justice’s residence, who forced him to sign his resignation letter and who threatened him.
But former chief justice Surendra Kumar Sinha declined to comment. When contacted about the interview, he declined to comment.
Former Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha is currently in New York seeking political asylum and has written a controversial book there. But that book was not discussed much. However, a source claimed that this time he had raised the allegation of involvement of some army officers behind his resignation.
