Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina has directed the ministries and departments to take action against the responsible officials if government projects, functions and programs are not completed on time.

Recently this instruction letter of the Prime Minister has been sent in the form of a letter from the Project Branch of the Cabinet Division to all the Ministries and Departments.
The letter states that the Prime Minister’s instructions for the implementation of government functions, programs, and projects are as follows: The instructions of the Prime Minister for all the concerned ministries or departments are as follows: There is often a delay in the implementation of government functions, programs, and projects. As these are not performed on time, the country and the nation are deprived of its benefits, and in many cases the expenditure increases. There is also a lack of financial discipline. That is why there is a need for intensive supervision and monitoring by formulating action plans and financial plans on these issues from the beginning of the year.
The Prime Minister’s directive further said that if the functions or programs or projects have not been executed in time after reviewing the issues, it is advisable to conduct the necessary review or investigation of the concerned ministry or department and take action against the responsible officials.
It has also requested the ministries and departments to comply with the directives of the Prime Minister.
