Among them, 23 people have bought party forms in Brahmanbaria municipal council, 5 people in Kasba municipality, and 6 people in Akhaura municipality. Candidates for Brahmanbaria, Kasba, and Akhaura municipalities bought party nomination forms for themselves and their supporters from the office of district Awami League general secretary Al-Mamun Sarkar on Tuesday (December 1) and Wednesday (December 2).

Rafiqul Islam, District Mahila Awami League General Secretary, and former president of Sadar Upazila Parishad Advocate Taslima Sultana Khanam Nishat, District Juba League President Advocate Shahanur Islam, District Chhatra League President, and District Awami League Member Haji Mahmudul Haque Bhuiyan, Former VP of Brahmanbaria Government College Hasan Sarwar Hasan, District Awami League member Jahangir Alam, former Central BCL member Mehedi Hasan Lelin, City BCL former president Nazim Ullah Naju, London expatriate Abul Fateh Mezbah Uddin, District Juba League office secretary Sumon Roy (Riton Roy), City Juba League convener Amjad Hossain Rony. Akhaura Municipality Juba League convener and current mayor of the municipality Takzil Khalifa Kajal, former mayor Nurul Haque Bhuiyan, Awami League leader Sheikh Kamal, Mubarak Hossain Ratan, Md. Salauddin Al Hussain Chowdhury, Md. Shafiqul Islam Khan, former conveners of Akhaura Municipal BCL Biswajit Pal and Mohammad Ali Bhuiyan.
The current mayor of Kasba municipality and former president of Upazila Chhatra League Emran Uddin Jewel, president of Upazila Juba League Mohammad Abdul Aziz, Awami League leader Gias Uddin Jamil, Md. Mahbub Sarkar and Kasba Press Club President Soleiman Khan.
Al-Mamun Sarkar, general secretary of the district Awami League, said, “The forms are distributed in compliance with the health rules.” The party will then make recommendations to the middle on the idea of grassroots opinion.
